NC PROGRAMMER

Your tasks are

• Creation, setup, and optimization of NC programs for the production of turning-milling components
• Drawing verification and change management
• Feasibility analysis for new and existing parts
• Creation of work plans and production specifications based on economic guidelines
• Setup of tools and clamping devices
• Execution of machine acceptance tests and training sessions, both in-house and at the customer’s site
• Documented handover of NC machines to the customer
• Communication with customers and suppliers

• Completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d), or equivalent
• Relevant professional experience in mechanical engineering preferred
• Solid knowledge of CNC programming, machine operation and setup; experience with SIEMENS Sinumerik 840D and/or ONE is a plus
• Willingness to travel and a valid Class B driver’s license
• Independent, goal-oriented, efficient, and responsible working style
• Practical working knowledge of English

SALES EMPLOYEES IN THE FIELD SERVICE

Your tasks are

• Support and advice for our customers
• Sales of our portfolio (Retrofit Index and Traub machines)
• Maintaining longterm and cooperative relationships with new and existing customers
• Customer base expansion
• Active control of development and implementation in a more targeted manner
• Customer care measures
• Creation and follow-up offers in collaboration with enternal sales

• Support and care for our customers
• Order processing from offter to clarification

INDUSTRIAL MECHANIC, ELECTRONICS AND MECHATRONICS TECHNICIAN

• Overhaul of index lathes
• Carrying out maintenance work
• Carrying out repair work
• Commissioning

• Supporting and advising our customers
• Project planning of electrical systems with WS CAD
• Interface to purchasing
• Site management and organization of project implementation
• Preparation of technical documentation

Your tasks are

• Presentation of complex technical descriptions in an understandable form and ensuring
  the formal and linguistic correctness
• Obtaining relevant documents needed to create technical documentation
  (e.g. from computer systems, archives, from suppliers, or from construction)
• Analysis and evaluation of the documents obtained with regard to their implementation in the document to be created
  documentation
• Correspondence with internal/external specialist departments and clients
• Research work and review of documentation on the systems to be described

• Completed studies or vocational training with further training as a technician in the following areas
  mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable
• Strong technical understanding as well as practical experience in the fields of mechanical engineering, electronics or comparable
• Basic knowledge of creating technical documentation is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and systematically
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
