Together with you, we put your individual ideas of automation into practice. Our RTZ feeders can be easily and economically connected to your machine tool. There are almost no limits to automation. Our RTA discharge belts can be used as downstream workpiece storage and enable a time-limited unmanned operation.
With our handling systems, we offer you a reproducible process that allows you to compete in global competition.
Depending on the size and quantity of the products to be unloaded, we offer you three models of different sizes.
The internal design – i.e. the technology – is the same for all three models: First-rate quality, designed to meet state-of-the-art production requirements.
All unloading units can be used for downstream product storage. In conjunction with our RTZ series of loading devices, this allows for fully automated production. All our workpiece loaders are unique. This means they are customised for your production environment, your INDEX machine, and the characteristics of your workpieces.
