If the spindle of your INDEX lathe is defective, we offer a high-quality spindle overhaul at a fair price. Of course, all specifications of the machine manufacturer are complied with during the spindle repair. The repair is carried out by our trained personnel and through the use of original spare parts as well as precision spindle bearings. During disassembly all relevant parts are measured and the error is carefully analyzed. After assembly, the grease distribution run starts on our test bench. Temperature, imbalance as well as concentricity and axial runout are constantly monitored. After passing the final test, the spindle will be sent to our customers with measurement report.
The installation and removal of the spindles are gladly handled by our qualified service technicians. A balancing of the spindle with clamping cylinder and clamping device is possible at any time!
